NCC (National Construction Code) explained in detail
The national standard for building design and construction in Australia. The NCC covers structural requirements, fire safety, accessibility, energy efficiency, and more. It incorporates the Building Code of Australia (BCA) for buildings and the Plumbing Code of Australia. Your home must comply with the NCC in effect at the time of approval.
