BuildPilot provides a platform for discovering land, house & land packages, concept floor plans and related property opportunities. Almost all of this information is supplied by third parties - developers, land vendors, selling agents, builders and their representatives.
BuildPilot is not the owner, developer, vendor, selling agent or builder of any property advertised on the platform, unless we expressly say otherwise on the listing. We operate the platform that displays the information; we are not a party to any transaction that results from it.
We moderate listings for obvious errors and presentation, but we do not independently verify all information supplied - including ownership, availability, suitability, plans, inclusions, council overlays, soil class, energy ratings or any other technical detail. Always confirm directly with the listing party before acting.
Prices shown are indicative only and subject to change without notice. Site costs, council fees, stamp duty, finance and selection upgrades are typically additional to advertised prices unless stated. "From $X" pricing does not include those additional costs unless we clearly note otherwise.
Floor plans, renders and concept designs are illustrative. Councils, site conditions, soil, energy ratings, overlays, easements, slope, orientation and other factors may require changes before any design can be built.
Listed land and packages may sell, be withdrawn or change at short notice. Display on the platform is not a guarantee of availability at the time of enquiry.
Before making any commitment - paying a deposit, signing a contract, or arranging finance - you must independently verify all information directly with the listing agent, developer or builder, and obtain independent legal, financial and building advice where appropriate.
BuildPilot may receive referral, opportunity or advertising fees from third parties whose listings appear on the platform. These commercial arrangements do not change the order of organic recommendations. See our Commercial Disclosure.
