  Depending on your state, we jump on a call to understand your wants and needs, and discuss which strategy might be best for approaching the building market with you, custom plan, standard plan or something in between.

• Room-by-room layout review

  We literally walk through every single room to understand what you'd like each one to have and where it should sit in the home.

• Budget vs design alignment

  We share tips on where you could potentially save money on your build without compromising the things that actually matter to you.

• Digital site assessment

  We go through your site to understand where services are likely located and any surrounding context that may impact the build.

• Preliminary council insight

  We talk through council guidelines and flag anything that might be required for your specific block before you sign with a builder.

• Optional site visit (SA clients)

  We may request to visit the block of land in person to better understand the project, either before you commit with us or after.

• In-house home design

  Our in-house new home advisors will help design or find a floor plan that's suitable for your particular block and project.

• Shortlist of top 2 matched builders

  Once the design is finalised with your advisor, we go to the local building market and shortlist the builders most likely to be a good fit for your specific project.

• Formal quote from Builder #1 (requested and reviewed by us)

  We get a formal price from the builder most accurate for your project, then review it to make sure it captures everything your build will actually require on site. We bypass the salesperson where we can to keep the pricing honest.

• Builder insights (fit, flexibility, communication)

  During our conversations we share which builders do which types of work well, and give you fit-for-purpose recommendations based on what matters most for your build.

• Quote breakdown and pricing checks

  We confirm every line on the quote, cross-checking the pricing against what your project will actually need on site, so as much as possible is captured before you commit.

• Support with inclusions, adjustments and sign-up

  We go through all the builder's paperwork before you commit, make sure it lines up with you, check every inclusion and help you push any final adjustments through.

• Direct mobile access to your advisor through the journey

  You have direct access to your home advisor for updates or any help you need throughout the journey with your builder. We stand alongside you the whole way. Remember, this is a do-it-WITH-you, not a do-it-FOR-you. You stay in control.
