Copyright Ownership

The copyright in all materials and content contained within this website, app, and associated platforms is owned or licensed by BuildPilot, unless otherwise stated.

Permitted Use

This platform and its contents may be viewed on-screen, copied, and printed for your own personal and non-commercial use.

Prohibited Use

Reproducing, republishing, distributing, displaying, transmitting, or modifying this platform or any of its contents is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from BuildPilot and any other relevant owners.

Third-Party Content

Any third-party content, including advertisements displayed on the platform, remains the intellectual property of the respective owners or licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or redistributing such content without permission from the rights holder.

BuildPilot Designs and Plans

For all plans provided by BuildPilot, BuildPilot owns all of the copyright in all designs and materials produced.

The Client must not take any plans created by BuildPilot to any builder to carry out the Building Services other than the one that BuildPilot has recommended.

BuildPilot owns all material (including the Intellectual Property Rights) developed by it, or its personnel, or at its or their discretion.

Contractor Plans

For all plans that are provided by the Contractor (builder), the parties understand and acknowledge that the copyright to the building plans and designs are owned by the Contractor.

Licensing

BuildPilot may permit the Client to use material, or other material licensed by BuildPilot, as part of Home Builders Advisory services. This permission is subject to any conditions which BuildPilot may impose from time to time and will cease when the services are cancelled.
