Construction Certificate explained in detail

A Construction Certificate is a document issued by a local council or, in some states, a private certifier. It certifies that a proposed development complies with the relevant building codes and regulations. The certificate is issued after a development application, and the plans have been reviewed and approved. It confirms that the plans and specifications submitted with the application comply with the BCA and any relevant planning controls.
