Shadow Diagrams explained in detail

Diagrams used to measure and analyse the solar exposure of a building or structure. They show how sunlight will interact with a building over a day, season, or year, and importantly, how your building will cast shadows on neighbouring properties. Often required for Development Applications, particularly for multi-storey buildings or those near boundaries.
