House and Land in Adelaide's Western Suburbs

CBD proximity, beach access, and infill opportunities

Adelaide's western suburbs offer something different to the outer growth areas. You are closer to the CBD, closer to the beach, and in more established neighbourhoods. The trade-off is that house and land opportunities are more limited and the total cost is higher than the growth corridors. Most activity here is infill development and knockdown rebuilds rather than large new estates.
