Fast, no lock-in nbn home internet to connect your new build.

About Superloop

Superloop is an Australian-owned internet provider offering fast, reliable nbn and fibre home internet on month-to-month plans with no lock-in contracts and genuinely unlimited data. It is one of the first things to sort when you move into a new build or renovation, and Superloop makes it simple: check your address, pick a speed, and get connected.

Plans scale from everyday browsing right up to new 2Gbps tiers for households that work, stream and game at the same time. Selected plans include a free next-gen Wi-Fi modem when you stay connected for 24 months, and there is a free standard fibre upgrade for eligible homes. Add a mobile SIM or a VoIP home phone on the one account, and manage everything from the Superloop app.

Who it suits

Superloop suits anyone moving into a new build, knockdown rebuild or renovation who wants to line up fast home internet without a lock-in contract, from a single home office connection to a busy household on the new 2Gbps plans.

Frequently asked questions

Can I set up Superloop before I move into a new home?

Yes. Check your new address on the Superloop site, choose a plan and line up the connection so your internet is ready around the day you move in. nbn connections at a brand-new build can take a little longer, so it is worth starting early.

Are Superloop plans lock-in contracts?

No. Superloop home internet plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contract, so you can change or leave when you need to.

Is there a free modem?

Selected plans include a free next-gen Wi-Fi modem when you stay connected for 24 months. Terms and conditions apply, so check the current offer on the Superloop site.

Do I sign up with Superloop or with BuildPilot?

You sign up directly with Superloop. BuildPilot links to Superloop and may earn a commission, which never changes the price you pay.
