Build Metric

Build Metric delivers professional construction estimating services for Australian contractors, preparing accurate, submission-ready quotes so you can price work with confidence and stay focused on building. Upload your plans and their team of qualified Australian quantity surveyors handles the takeoffs, estimates and tender documents, aligned to your own rates and margins.

Estimating shouldn't run your business. Most contractors can only quote a handful of projects a month because each quote takes 6 to 12 hours. Build Metric turns that around fast, with a typical turnaround of around five days and estimates accurate to within plus or minus 5 percent, so you can submit more tenders without the late nights or the overhead of hiring an in-house estimator.

With over 1,500 quotes delivered at a 98 percent accuracy rate and 500+ Australian contractors supported, Build Metric works across the country, from occasional project support through to high-volume tendering. All quality control is done in-house, with no offshore outsourcing, and the work is backed by a Win Rate, Delivery and Accuracy triple guarantee.
