Adelaide is where our first partner builders live, where our display home directory is complete, and where our live house and land inventory refreshes nightly. Victoria is next, and the Melbourne edition is going live in stages so we ship things that actually help rather than a wall of placeholders.

What is live for Victoria today

The Victoria hub. A single page at /vic that lands you on grants, council guides and the current suburb list we are preparing for launch. Every section is written for a Melbourne buyer, not a Sydney one and not an Adelaide one.

Grants and concessions explainer. Our Victorian grants page walks through the First Home Owner Grant for new builds, the first home buyer stamp duty concession, and the current Homebuyer Fund shared-equity scheme, each with a link out to the State Revenue Office for live thresholds. We deliberately do not print dollar amounts here because they move every Budget.

Nine Melbourne council guides. Melbourne, Yarra, Port Phillip, Stonnington, Boroondara, Glen Eira, Whitehorse, Bayside and Whittlesea. Each covers the Planning Victoria permit path, the local overlays that catch new builds off-guard (heritage, neighbourhood character, vegetation protection), typical processing timeframes and the council's front-desk number.

What is not live yet

Victorian partner builders, live house and land packages across Melbourne, and the region-specific display home directory. All three are on the roadmap, and joining the Victoria waitlist means you hear the day each one opens.

Landed on the Adelaide site by accident?

Use the state chip in the header, pick Victoria, and the home page will re-render around Victoria. Every page that is SA-specific shows a banner offering the Victoria edition instead. Nothing is auto-detected: the chip is the only source of truth so you always know what you are looking at.
