Design collection
Every home design in our library flagged as suitable for sloping blocks. Sloping-block work needs an experienced builder: engineered footings, retaining walls, cut-and-fill economics, and design that responds to the slope rather than fighting it.
No matching designs available at this time.
Sloping blocks are common in the Adelaide Hills, Cherry Gardens, Aldgate, Belair, Blackwood, Mitcham and the eastern foothills. Split-level and stepped designs are typically more cost-effective than cut-and-fill on slopes greater than 3 metres of fall across the building envelope. Talk to a sloping-block specialist builder about your survey and BAL rating before committing to a design.
